1. JIA will merge with LCH to form a bigger practice from the beginning of 2022 (Please see Press Release – Joint Announcement pdf).

2. JIA shall remain as a company notwithstanding this merger.

3. Therefore, all service agreements with clients shall remain unaffected.

4. This merger will create more efficiency and synergy for the QS services.

5. JIA and LCH share a similar vision and values and aim to provide excellent QS service through quality management. This merged practice will benefit the clients as we will have more resources to serve you better.

6. JIA shall remain at our current office at 2 Leng Kee Road, #05-01A. We shall keep you informed when we relocate to Bukit Merah in first half of 2022.
